• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must not create accounts through automated means or for fraudulent purposes
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

3.3 Username Guidelines

• Usernames must be 3-20 characters long
• Only letters, numbers, underscores, and hyphens allowed
• You may not impersonate others or use offensive usernames
• We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate these guidelines

• ❌ Scrape, crawl, or collect data without permission
• ❌ Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Service
• ❌ Use automated tools to create accounts or post content
• ❌ Share links to malware, phishing sites, or illegal content
• ❌ Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• ❌ Circumvent rate limits or security measures

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of the bookmarks, titles, descriptions, and tags you create
• By making bookmarks public, you grant us a license to display them to other users
• You represent that you have the right to post all content you submit
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws

5.2 Our Content

• The only.link platform, design, and code are protected by copyright and other laws
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our Service
• The only.link name and logo are trademarks — do not use without permission

5.3 Third-Party Content

• Bookmarked URLs point to external websites we do not control
• We are not responsible for the content of external websites
• You access third-party websites at your own risk

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Key points:

• Public bookmarks are visible to everyone
• Private bookmarks are visible only to you
• Your email address is never shared publicly
• You can delete your account and data at any time

7. Service Availability

7.1 Uptime

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical issues
• We will attempt to notify users of planned maintenance when possible

7.2 Changes to the Service

• We may add, modify, or remove features at any time
• We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
• Significant changes will be announced on the platform

To ensure fair use and prevent abuse, we implement:

• Login rate limit: 5 attempts per 15 minutes
• API rate limits: To prevent spam and scraping
• Firewall rules: To block malicious traffic
• Automated detection: For spam and abuse

Accounts that violate these limits may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

9. User-Generated Content Moderation

• We may review public bookmarks for compliance with these Terms
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms

10. Termination

10.1 By You

• You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account
• Deletion is permanent and irreversible
• All your bookmarks, tags, and follows will be deleted

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
• Your account is used for illegal activity
• You create multiple accounts or use automated tools
• We are required to do so by law
• We decide to discontinue the Service

We will attempt to notify you before termination, except in cases of illegal activity or immediate threat.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless only.link, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

The Service integrates with:

• Google Analytics: For usage tracking (see Privacy Policy)
• OpenGraph protocol: For fetching bookmark previews from external websites

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

only.link is open-source software licensed under the MIT License. The source code is available at: https://github.com/kardelly/only-links

While the code is open-source, these Terms still apply when using the hosted service at onlylinks.id.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in Brazilian courts.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Posting a notice on the platform
• Sending an email (if you provided one)

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and only.link regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
